Prof. Bari Kaplan, MD
, graduated medical school from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine in Tel Aviv University and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Helen Schneider Hospital, Rabin Medical Center, Israel, where he served as an attending, then Head of Labor and Delivery and then as the Deputy Director for many years. He is currently Director of Obstetrics and Gynaecology division of the Dan and Petach Tikva district in the Clalit HMO, Head of the high-risk Maternity ward in the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center in Bnei Brak, which is a secondary university affiliated Hospital with approximately 12,000 deliveries a year.
Additionally, Prof. Kaplan is President of the Israeli Menopause Society, Associate Clinical Professor at the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University and is a member of the Editorial board of the Clinical and Experimental Obstetrics and Gynaecology Journal. Prof Kaplan is a member of sixteen Israeli and international professional societies.
He has published 154 papers in the medical literature, peer reviewed many articles and presented his work in various international congresses and professional forums.
