With a strong foundation in economics, Ula graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and University College Dublin in Ireland. She was a recipient of scholarships from the Robert Bosch Foundation and the Irish Government. Over the past 15+ years, she has built a robust career spanning business and government roles, bringing a unique and valuable perspective to the MedTech industry.
Under her leadership, AI-powered products such as EMBRYOAID and FOLLISCAN have introduced innovative ways to enhance fertility treatment, supporting the standardization and optimization of clinical workflows globally. MIM Fertility continues to evolve under her guidance, developing new solutions for comprehensive fertility care.
Previously, Ula served as Co-Owner and COO of MIM Solutions, Poland’s leading machine learning company focused on medical technologies. Her impact has been widely recognized, she has received multiple awards, including the Businesswoman of the Year in the “Success Written with Lipstick” competition and the Excellence in AI award from the Perspektywy Education Foundation.
