Welcome from Chairs

Dear Colleagues,

Following the success of COGI 2025 in Rome, which brought together over 1,800 delegates from more than 80 countries, we are delighted to announce the 34th World Congress on Controversies in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Infertility (COGI), taking place in Athens, Greece, from November 12–14, 2026.

This year’s congress will once again bring together world-renowned experts in OBGYN and infertility. The scientific program will address the most pressing and controversial issues in the field through structured debates, focused discussions, and interactive sessions. As in previous years, COGI will offer discussion time for interaction between speakers and delegates, encouraging open dialogue, critical thinking, and networking across disciplines and geographies.
Athens, one of Europe’s most historic and vibrant capitals, provides a unique setting for this exchange of knowledge. Combining state-of-the-art congress facilities with rich cultural heritage, Mediterranean hospitality, and excellent accessibility, Athens is an ideal backdrop for meaningful scientific collaboration and collegial meetings.

COGI again invites you to contribute to the congress by submitting your research for consideration as oral presentations, e-Posters, and moderated e-Posters.
For our young colleagues, born after 1991, we encourage you to submit your work for the Young Scientist Abstract Award, which recognizes and supports emerging talent in the field of obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility.

We look forward to welcoming you to Athens for COGI 2026, for what promises to be another outstanding congress dedicated to advancing the field of OBGYN and infertility.

Warm regards,
The COGI Congress Chairpersons
