PAYMENT
Payments should be made on the registration website by credit card or via bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the fees. A copy of the bank transfer will be required in order to confirm registration. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of full payment.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The COGI Congress cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to congress participants. It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain adequate insurance coverage for travel, health and accidents before they depart from their countries.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to enter the exhibition or session halls.
INFORMATION SHARING
By agreeing to share your information with the COGI Congress, you agree to CongressMed Ltd supplying congress recognized supporters with relevant email and other contact information so long as all rights under the Data Protection Act are not affected.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made in writing by email to the COGI Secretariat and will be valid only once acknowledged in writing by the Secretariat.

• Cancellations received until July 17, 2026: €50 administration fee.
• Cancellations received between July 17, 2026, and October 17, 2026: 50% refund.
• Cancellations received from October 18, 2026: no refund.
• All refunds will be issued after the congress.

Additional conditions:

• Cancellation deadlines are based on the date the email is received by the Secretariat.
• Registration handling/service fees and bank charges (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund.
• If the registration was paid via credit card, any refund will be processed to the same card; if paid by bank transfer, refunds will be made by bank transfer and bank fees are the participant’s responsibility.
• No refunds for non-attendance or early departure.
• Visa cancellations: Visa-related cancellations (non-receipt/refusal) are subject to the standard cancellation policy and applicable deadlines above, upon submission of supporting documentation.
• For group registrations, cancellations must be submitted by the group coordinator.
