The registration fee includes: scientific updates, admission to all scientific sessions and the exhibition, admission to opening networking reception, participation in the young scientist competition, the congress e-program, access to COGI social networks, coffee and lunch breaks, a certificate of attendance, and access to all relevant congress information.
*Nurses, Students, Residents, Fellows and Allied Health Professionals must provide proof confirming your status, which you will requested to provide during the registration process.
**For your convenience, the scientific program will be available on the COGI app. Participants can purchase a printed congress program and abstract book for €15.00 per book.

All cancellations must be electronically mailed, faxed or post-marked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Post-marked until September 28, 2017 – 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee).
  • Post-marked from September 29, 2017 until November 27, 2017 – 50% refund.
  • No refund on cancellations sent from November 28, 2017.

The COGI Congress cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to congress participants. It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain adequate insurance coverage for travel, health and accidents before they depart from their countries.
The COGI congress cannot validate hotel reservations via sources other than those presented on the official COGI website. It is important to be aware that you may be contacted by phone, fax, or email by third party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for room reservations. Room poachers and pirates may also misrepresent themselves as the official congress housing bureau and may illegally use the congress name or logo.
COGI cannot be held responsible for any losses incurring as a result of bookings made through unofficial websites. Should you be contacted by, or find such an operation online, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible.
