Fees include: Year-round COGI scientific updates; newsletters; participation in annual scientific sessions/congress; free access to COGI app, e-program and social networks; admission to industrial exhibition; participation in the Young Scientist Competition; COGI certificate; and networking reception, coffee and lunches at the congress.
*Nurses, Students, Residents, Fellows and Allied Health Professionals must provide proof confirming your status.
**For your convenience, the scientific program will be available on the COGI app. Participants can purchase a printed congress program and abstract book for €15.00 per book.

All cancellations must be in writing (email, letter or fax) to the COGI secretariat:

  • Cancellations received until September 23, 2020: €50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations received between September 24, 2020 and October 22, 2020: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations received after October 22, 2020: no refund.
  • All refunds will be issued after the congress.
Payments should be made on the registration website by credit card or via bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the fees. A copy of the bank transfer will be required in order to confirm registration. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of full payment.

The COGI Congress cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to congress participants. It is strongly recommended that all participants obtain adequate insurance coverage for travel, health and accidents before they depart from their countries.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to enter the exhibition or session halls.
The COGI congress cannot validate hotel reservations via sources other than those presented on the official COGI website. It is important to be aware that you may be contacted by phone, fax, or email by third party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers or destination management companies to solicit you with aggressive or deceptive tactics for room reservations. Room poachers and pirates may also misrepresent themselves as the official congress housing bureau and may illegally use the congress name or logo.
COGI cannot be held responsible for any losses incurring as a result of bookings made through unofficial websites. Should you be contacted by, or find such an operation online, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible.
By agreeing to share your information with the COGI Congress, you agree to CongressMed Ltd supplying congress recognized supporters with relevant email and other contact information so long as all rights under the Data Protection Act are not affected.
