Prof. Tamar Wainstock is a PhD epidemiologist specializing in perinatal and environmental epidemiology at the School of Public Health, Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Her research focuses on the effects of prenatal exposures on maternal and offspring health, as well as risk factors for pregnancy complications. She teaches both basic and advanced courses in epidemiology and has mentored hundreds of MPH and MD students through their thesis research. Tamar has authored over 250 publications in these fields, contributing to the broader scientific understanding of pregnancy outcomes and environmental health.
