
Dr.
Vasiliki A. Moragianni, MD, MS, FACOG, is a double board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) specialist and serves as Medical Director of the Johns Hopkins Fertility Center, as well as Assistant Professor at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. A native of Greece, Dr. Moragianni has trained extensively in the United States, completing her undergraduate studies at Cornell University, her graduate education at Georgetown University, and her medical degree at Drexel University. She completed her fellowship training in REI at Harvard Medical School/Boston IVF and is a recognized physician leader and scientific expert who speaks nationally and internationally on fertility and women’s health.
Dr. Moragianni has a diverse leadership background, having founded private fertility clinics and served as Medical Director within large academic institutions. She is an award-winning physician actively engaged in research and medical education, with a strong commitment to advancing evidence-based reproductive care.
Her clinical and academic work focuses on optimizing fertility outcomes through patient-centered, evidence-based approaches, with particular interests in recurrent pregnancy loss, diminished ovarian reserve, and the intersection of reproductive and systemic health. She is actively involved in leading professional organizations, including the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART), the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), contributing to national education and content development initiatives.
In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Dr. Moragianni is deeply engaged in physician leadership and patient empowerment, with a focus on helping individuals make informed reproductive decisions. She is also a sought-after speaker on fertility-related topics, including the integration of reproductive planning into career strategy for professional women.
